Live high-rise build, Sydney
Suspended-slab formwork, back-propping and engineered scaffold across an active multi-tower residential site.
Formwork, scaffold, crane bases and lifting — designed and certified by a registered CPEng engineer, across NSW & QLD, fast enough to hold your program.
Send your drawings or method statement — a temporary works engineer replies with a clear scope and fee.
A formwork designer here, a shoring designer there, a lifting engineer for the crane — and nobody owns the interfaces. Metric designs, checks and certifies the whole temporary-works package, so nothing falls between the gaps and your program doesn't wait on three separate sign-offs.
From formwork to cage lifting, we design, independently review and certify every type of temporary works — to the Australian Standards, and to your construction program.
Wall, column, soffit and table formwork and falsework, sized for the pour and certified to AS 3610 — with back-propping and reshoring schedules so lower slabs aren't overloaded.
Engineered access, cantilever, loaded, hung and tied scaffold — designed and certified for the real loads and the real site, not signed off against a generic handbook.
Crane pads, outrigger and ground-bearing checks and lift studies — the ground proven to carry the crane, signed off before it tracks on.
Lift studies and rigging design — plus our specialty, reinforcement cage lifting for bored piles, diaphragm-wall panels, columns and tanks.
Basement and excavation support, soldier piles, back-propping, needling and underpinning — designed to dig and build safely on tight sites.
Staged propping and façade retention that protects existing and heritage fabric while the structure behind it is rebuilt.
Gawler East, SA · Lifting design
For a circular water-tank base in Gawler East, SA, we designed and certified the lift of prefabricated reinforcement cages — curved segments up to 9.2 m craned into position. Every bar, weld and lifting cable was modelled in SpaceGASS, with lift bars and welds detailed to AS 1554.3 / AS 4100.
Crane dynamic factor 1.4, combined factor 1.85, lifts wind-limited to 15 m/s, and ±600 mm lift-point tolerance engineered in — issued as a certified temporary-works lifting package. It's one example of the full temporary-works range we cover, from formwork to façade retention.

13.6-tonne D-wall reinforcement cages picked vertically on a Gold Coast basement — spreader beam, lift bars and welds certified to AS 1554.3.

Straight, corner and closer cages engineered for the pick — centre of gravity computed and rigging specified before the crane arrives.
